civil suit payday loan

I just recieved a call from a "collection" agency on a payday loan company "payday 1" online company. stating I owe 2 outstanding loans to them since 2008 and 2009 which they have since sold. When I questioned them they hung up on me now no one will talk and they state they are preparing a civil suit against me. Because they have my Social Security and address they state that is all they need I want to research before I agree to anything. I lived in California in 2008 and am now in South Dakota

what is the name of said bottomfeeder?i'm also guessing these were internet loans as well.that being said the loans were most likely illegal.also the threat of a civil suit over an internet pdl is a scare tactic.file a police report for the threat.then file AG AND FTC complaints with both the CA and SC ag's.do not pay this place whoever they are a dime.chances are they don't know you don't live in CA anymore.file the report and complaints then ignore them.
