ERS/CashNet?

Has anyone ever dealed with this company before? They were pretty bully-like on the phone, but ultimately said they'd send out a letter. They said they 'know the debt is real because it was with two different CA's'

I am not familiar with CashNet nor ERS...has anyone had any experience with them? Are they real? Are they legit?


Cashnet is a payday lender, I'm not familiar with ERS. Do you have a full name for ERS? If you have ever obtained a payday loan online it's hard to say for sure who is trying to collect money from you because most Internet payday lenders are not legal, and they share information with other Internet lenders. Be careful, don't provide them with any information, they will scam you and harass you. Read the link I gave you above on how to deal with collection calls.

I believe they said 'Emerson' or something Recovery Services. The automated voicemail said this is 'Mr Digenero'

I had gotten PDLs several years ago but am sure I settled them all. I can't recall Cashnet specifically.
