You might want to contact the creditor that holds the judgement and see if they will settle for less or set up monthly payments until the amount is settled. My daughter has a judgment from a law firm (unpaid legal expenses that her ex was supposed to pay) and she pays them monthly.
The creditors for cards you haven't paid in three years might be willing to settle for less. The agreements you currently have - are they hardship payment agreements or settlement agreements?

Thanks for the advice. I'm worried if I contact the judgement people they will think I have extra money and if I don't come agreement on a payment plan with them and will levy my wages which then wouldn't allow me to pay on my other credit cards that I've been paying on.
There is a mix...Two student loans I never stopped paying along with five of the credit cards. Two of cards I received a 0% for 5 years....The three I paid off I settled at avg of 30%
