I had an account with Bank of America for 4300 dollars. With late fees it went to 7500 on a 6500 dollar credit ling. Now it has gone to MCM and in 9 months it has acrued $1360.37 cents with a 27% interest rate and they tell me there is no limit on it. The current bill is 8,031.41 cents. Is that even legal?
