can I use my late husband's credit card
Date: Wed, 03/09/2011 - 03:34
My husband expired on November 24, 2010. My husband has 3 credit cards. I am an authorized user of one credit card and have been using that card for making various purchases. I have been making the payments on that credit card regularly. I have missed only one payment on that credit card. Yesterday, I received a bill from the credit card company. They have imposed the late fee. Now what I want to know is that can I ignore this bill. I am not the owner of the credit card. My husband was. Am I accountable to payoff the debt? Please advice.

You should stop using that credit card immediately as it is not valid any more. You should inform the credit card company that your husband has expired. I would advice you to pay the bill. Close the account after repaying the bill.
