OK so I have read all the forums but what just happened to me is just as bad if not worse. This idiot left me a 5 minute message saing "Lindsay, you live in NJ the worst state for breaking laws in the country. They will take your home, your possessions, tear up your family and ruin your job if I send this to a law firm to collect your debt".."We here at E-Payday can make your life easier of you call me now. Pay uus or the law firm we send this to will go and take the money from your bank account, from your kids mouths and tarnish any life you think you have by not paying your debts. If you do not contact me I will throw you to the pitbulls. "
I cannot believe they would have the nerve to say such things on a voicemail. My friend is in the FBI in Virginia and I played it. She told me they are scaring you and is helping me file a report. Those types of people are trying to fulfill an emptiness in their lives by taking on jobs like theirs. I really feel bad for them.
To think months ago all I asked was a physical address for them and now its come to threatening my home?

well since pdl's are totally prohibited in NJ they broke the law
well since pdl's are totally prohibited in NJ they broke the law in lending to you.nice that the tard went out of his way to confirm what a piece of garbage pdl they are.of course they can do nothing they threaten.in fact just know if you already don't the more detailed the threat the least likely they can,or will do what they threaten.i would file a police report for the call and then ignore them or laugh at their messages as again they can do nothing to you.
