Anyway, their email responses have been that they are a tribunal entity and are thus immune to any laws at all. I know, I know...whatever. So they are calling work, cell, etc...leaving messages that we need to work out a payment arrangement.
What do I do? Does anyone know any more about these guys and who their DBAs are??

Open your loan contract on line and you will find an address. I keep getting the same email and have responded to them via email with my original letter. They have stopped calling. My complaints have not gotten any response.
