Is an "electronic signature" valid ? I.E on a payday loan given to a person out of state (NY).
And if given to a person in NYS can they get a judgement in this state since payday loans are illegal here?

Electronic signatures are legal....the DOE uses them for federal
Electronic signatures are legal....the DOE uses them for federal loans. However in this case, the loan itself is illegal.
