Hello. I'm working with Oak View Law Group. I just received letters in the mail regarding both my wife's and my AT&T Universal Card. They have both been assigned to Burton Neil to collect the balances. My wifes balance is abut $22k and mine is 18K. We are about 120 deliquent.

Questions:
(1) anyone have an experience with this firm?
(2) my deposits to Oak View are currently tied up settling a BoA account. Is Burton Neil patient and will to work with clients? I'm going to be able to begin paying them in June-July
(3) OVLG has been in contact with them and "are working" on things.
(4) worried about getting sued. Would they sue me this early?

Thanks!

Well... I don't have a personal experience working with the firm. However, if OVLG has been in contact with them, then you can hope that they will take care of it. You can inform OVLG about the mail that you've received from AT&T Universal Card and request them to take required actions so that you're not harassed by the collection agency. I don't think they will take steps to sue you so soon.
