So a few years ago I had a bad experience with several illegal lenders. Long story wont go into it. So now I make it a point to get loans from illegal lenders and never pay them back. I want to screw all illegal lenders that I can. They cant inforce them so I can do it. Is that wrong? I mean they screw others why not return the favor.

The first post of this thread is incorrect. Once you start screwing illegal lenders, you won't be able to get them to lend to you any more.

I am in between the OP and most posters to this forum. I took out payday loans. At first I paid them. My mentality was, "I knew the terms, and I'm honest, so I'll pay them back." But then it snowballed. Let's just say I paid some back the principal plus ridiculous fees; some back the principal only; some back slightly LESS than the principle, because when I cut off the ACH's from my checking account, THOSE lenders got SCREWED. I felt OK, because some of them had been paid back, ridiculous fees in all on PREVIOUS loans, so they "owed me."

One or two lent me money, and got NOTHING.

I know I should feel bad about that, but I don't. The calls will never stop. I refer most of them to my cell phone, claiming any other number I have is my work, and that does stop some of it. Everyone at my REAL work, (a large corporation,) knows about this, and their calls mostly go to voicemails, and get deleted. I am not embarrassed to take a stand. I will probably never be allowed to take another PayDay loan, but why would I want to? Giving strangers over the internet access to your checking account is just a BAD IDEA, people.

If you want to be a better person than me, more power to you. Give your PayDay lenders EVERY CENT they are entitled to. (what they LENT) If you are NO better than me, then you might say, "if some get screwed because of the situation," then who am I to judge?

But I don't recommend just TRYING to find a way to screw these people. Wrong is wrong. I have a different idea of what is wrong than the many nice people on this forum who helped me solve my problem, but even I have limits.

I hope that helped, but my original point is that regardless of morality, these people communicate, and there is no way you are still getting PayDay loans after screwing enough of them.

I will never try to find out, that's for sure. I'm DONE.
