Protect home and car in PA against judgements

Since my divorce 6 years ago I fell behind in making credit card payments...Just bought a home 4 years ago and am afraid of lein or judgements placed against it as I have been threatened with judgements. Followed through on one court judgement but when I showed up in court the creditor or rep of the creditor was a no show...
What can I do to protect my property and car (I just received the title) against any liens here in PA.
Does anything in my home owners assist in protecting the home?
I have tried calling the collection agencies and "lawyers" that are claiming they are lawyers to work out payments but they will not accept what I can pay..sayng its not enough and that it has to be a % of the total balance.
What can I do to protect my things if I can't pay them off?
