Payday -loan-yes, the orginial amount I borrowed for $350, they are charging me $910.
But, are offering to cut it down to $571.23 if payed in full
Payday 1, orginial loan $400, now charging me $1350,but will settle for $523.
Of course, I can't pay the full amount. I tried to make payment arrangments but they said I would have them paid by end of this month. Can they really charge me with passing a bad check? Also, they want to me to pay this bank account or credit card. Which I don't have either. They said they can use a prepaid debit card. I am not sure what to do at this point. Sorry this is so long

They aren't legal in Ohio, or anywhere for that matter, they are nothing bu Internet criminals, do not believe anything they say, you have more than paid them off, in fact, they owe you a big chunk of change! You should pursue a refund in the amount of $560.00! CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders. If you haven't already close your account you should do it now.

Payday loan yes keeps calling me telling me I'm going to court.
Payday loan yes keeps calling me telling me I'm going to court. I DO owe them over $200. They put $350 in my bank account without me signing loan docs and wont send them to me. I paid them $123 already and changed my bank account info. I owe them $220 or so but they want my credit card info only and I'm not doing that. They wont give me an address. I'm in NEW YORK. They said I had to pay $35 if I wanted to reprint my loan docs!!! I never signed them!!! They emailed me this:
The burden of due diligence falls on your shoulders and again if as you "claim" your did not want this loan then you should have had your bank reverse the $350 deposit immediately. You did not do that you accepted the loan.
Your email does not forgive your debt...you owe the money and your loan payoff will expire today at 3:00 PM, EST. My next contact will be to your employer to begin wage garnishment which will process through your local district court and I will have you served at your job. Good luck to you.
We did not solicit your business. You went outside of your state and took the loan. Please reference your loan contract, the Loan Note & Disclosure Statement, the Governing Law section. Listed below is what you agreed to / authorized when you e-signed your loan contract. Your email does not forgive your debt nor will it deflect further collection actions on your loan accounts.
