Consumerfed org ...can someone guide me?

I have read a couple of responses to go to consumerfed org to copy a passage in there and paste in email responding to illegal PD lenders...I have looked but I don't see where to go or look.
Can someone please guide me/walk me through it??

When you go to the site and click on payday loans, it directs you to information on payday loans and to an alternate site. Go directly to www paydayloaninfo.org/consumer.help
Scroll down the page to "Beware of Risks...." Read the paragraph that starts:

I had the problem with my loans back in 2009. They've changed some of the information on the site since then (unknown to me). The information I included with my e-mails was more specific. I believe I have a copy of the original verbiage, but it is at work.
