Well I have had luck with Galaxy Marketing and got a refund from them for $345. Both Star cash processing and Integrity Advance have told me that I am bound by the laws of the state of the lender and not FL in regards to the loan and have stated I still owe them money. I have filed complaints against both with the FTC, BBB and FL attorney general’s office. United Cash Loans has not even bothered to contact me since I sent my letters. The best part with both star cash processing and integrity advance is that they told me that even though I have checked with all federal and state laws the loan was binding and they will be able to collect in FL. I told to try and that if they continue to call me after I have told them to stop I will file harassment charges against both.

Now does anyone know if we can file complaints with the internet crime division of the FBI or is this something that has to be taken care of by the FTC and state attorney general’s?

You aren't bound by their state laws, you are bound by the laws
You aren't bound by their state laws, you are bound by the laws of the state where you are located. And, yes, definitely file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center.
