I got a call from a group named Titan a few weeks back they threatened to serve me papers at my job, said this was a courtesy call. When I told them to bring these papers to my home they said that it was to late and they would go to my work. They said the were calling on behalf of a PDL loan from cashnetusa. I know that I do owe them this money and I am perfectly willing to pay them back. however I just have doubts about Titan. I have read all the things people are going through with this company and I do not want to be paying them back anymore then what I owe. I have already given them 40 and they say I still owe them 310 so I plan to pay that tomorrow. SO really I want to ask a question and ask some advice. Is payday loans legal in PA? And should I pay Titan the remainder of the money and hope for the best? Or would paying them just lead to more stress and harassing phone calls?

Payday loans are illegal in PA. If you have not paid back the amount you borrowed, I would send the original creditor what you owe them a money order via certified mail, RRR. On the hand other to bide more time, you can send Titan a debt validation letter, via certified mail, RRR. I am sure you won't hear from them. You could also change your cell phone and home phone number.
