Untraceable Phone Number

Hello,
Last week I received two calls from 461-321-7651. I missed the calls and they didn't leave a message. However, upon researching it, I am unable to find out who this number belongs to. When I call it back it says the number is not a valid number. There is no such area code and the only country code I can come up with is in Switzerland?
Has anyone else received this calls. If so do you know who they belong to?
Any help if would be appreciated. I know it is probably some blocked or disguised number.
