hi what can you do if you are not happy with your debt management company
ie never update, dont pay bills although been with them long enough


You can cancel your contract with your existing debt management company. if you are not satisfied with their services, then you should let them know that and cancel the deal with them. There are other debt management companies in the market. You can contact them, have a look at their terms and conditions and if you're satisfied, then you can go with any of those companies in order to get rid of their dues.

A lot of debt management companies do that. This is why it is much better to negotiate with the creditors on your own. You should stop working with that company and ask them to return your money. Contact your creditors and explain your situation to them. Work with the creditors directly. Check the following page to know about how to manage your debts on your own:
