Financial Crime Investigation????

I have been recieving phone calls like some of the other people have been mentioning from a "Financial crime investigations" each time it is a man with an oriental accent different names, different phone numbers, different states. Says I have a lawsuit against me from a payday loan co. want me to fax him debit card info. to repay this debit or I will be taken to court and will have to pay thousands of dollars. I do owe on some pay day loans, but I think this may be a scam to get my personal and debit card info. Can you please help me before I fax some info to these people who may take me to the cleanersd????:(
