First National services is calling my employment threating to send a garnish wage form to my employer and send a supeona to my job if i dont respond to them by friday. I need help, is this legal? they are calling me from 801-505-9964 and leaving a call back number of 800-654-7444 ext 822


it is a scam as they cannot garnish without a court order,and even then in some states they can't garnish.file a police report for the illegal threat.then use those numbers and name of the place to file AG,AND FTC complaints.best to be proactive here as they broke the law with that call.above all else know those are empty illegal threats by a bottomfeeding scam.

I started receiving calls from this number about 2 weeks ago. The man calls my job day and night says his name is Rob. He threatens me to pay monies that he states I owe. I advised him that I would be turning his name over to my attorney and the police because he is harassing me at my place of employment but this doesn't seem to bother him, he keeps calling! What can I do to stop these calls?
