I am in CA and have PDL's with Eastsider Lenders Everest Cash Advance Advance Me TodayEmerald MarketingVIP Cash Cash Yes I cannot afford to pay their finance fees anymore, my account is already overdrawn so I can't closed til positive balance. Are they illegal in CA? Please help
