Ok,,I have finally figured out the difference between PDL's and CSO'S. Here is my question,,,are there any caps on what and how much the cso's can charge? I am in the state of OH. Right now, I am dealing with CheckNGo and CashNetUSA. I need advice.:confused:

I don't think there is a cap on how much and what the CSOs can charge. However, there is always a cap in what the PDLs can charge the borrowers.
