United Litigations?/Loan Point Usa

Hi,
This is going to be a detailed account of what happen and any feed back would be appreciated so much.
I live in Nebraska and I received a phone call and voice message on my cell (weird because my name isn't even on the cell) From a Lawrence Stewart stating a case number and that I was going to be served at my place of employment and or my home with a summons. the phone number is 1-888-822-2765; this was on tuesday.
Well I called the number back and a woman answered I told her they called me she wanted to know what the case number was and I told her that I didn't know she asked for my social and I told her no; I gave her my name then she had all my information on hand then asked my for the last 4 of social which dummy me gave her. The woman told me that they were a law firm and were going to prosecute me for a bad check to Loan Point usa(I did take a pdl with this company found paperwork and remember that they were the reason I closed my bank account they kept getting into it) but they could resolve the matter if i paid today I asked how much and she said 700.00 I told well I can't do it so do what you have to do (by the way this irritated her to know end) she went on to tell me that they would and could serve me and it could be up to 3000.00 (scare tactics i guess) and depending on Nebraska law could go to jail for fraud yata yata yata. Once Again I told her to do what she had to do that I had been ill since Aug of last year and that it has been an up hill battle just getting back to work. She asked me if i was refusing to pay once again told her do what you have to do she sent me to another person who wanted to work with me and could get the debt down to 400.00 if I could pay something today I said I couldn't pay until next friday and only 100.00 (by the way the gentleman's name was supposively named Brent Stewart that was working with me now)
he wanted me to go get a prepaid visa and call him back with the number on the card I told him I would do it in the morning he told me to call that number around 12:00 my time the next day and he would put a hold on me being served. So I agreed but I did ask the name of the company which he said was United Litigations out of Phoenix.
Well I did some investigations of my own on this company could not find any information on them.
I did some googling on the whole jail thing which is scare tactics again internet pdls are not considered a bad check or fraud under Fair Debt Act section 818? its considered a civil suit.
I tried to call the guy back yesterday but it kept throwing me to voicemail He called back again today So I called him back; once again voicemail I went to the next available operator (same woman as the other day really bossy asked for case number again I told her who I needed to speak with and didn't give her a name told her i would just keep trying but low and behold she found him in the office within a matter of seconds. (it gets better)
When Brent or Lawrence what ever his name is got on the phone I called him out on the name thing his reply was his name is Brent Lawrence Stewart I said what ever I told him I was not committing to anything until I had the original paperwork he wanted my e-mail I told him you already have that on file but I wanted the paper work sent to my house and I wanted the full name and address of this company I also told him about the FDPA he played dumb told him that under this act he wasn't allowed to call cell numbers he replied that pertains to collection agencies (meaning he was from a lawyers office)
Then he went on to tell me that there were hundreds of cases in the office from loan point where people didn't pay I told him I am not disputing that I had a Loan from them I found the Paperwork He told me to call loanpoint to get the info on who has the case and then I could get back with him and hung up on me. He also said that he had tape recordings of our conversations.
For one, why would anyone send someone money on a prepaid visa they said no western union or money orders allowed this is one of the reasons i started looking into things. Should i contact nebraskas AG office? any help would be appreciated thanks.
