I am being harrassed by 247 Greenstreet and need t

well seeing as i'm in IL too if their tactics include threats of legal action,arrest,or anything similar to both then those tactics are illegal in any state.btw since they are not licensed in illinois a couple of questions.

1)how much was borrowed
2)how much was debited prior to default

being as 247 greenstreet is not legal in IL you only owe the principle and anything they call fees or rollovers gets deducted from the principle.

I dont know what to tell you. I thimk it is unpractical. The interest rate suck. I think we all should seek legal advise.

no we just need to utilize our AG'S more.they are here for us.the only time i say to seel legal advise is if a legal lender takes legal action.most if not all attorney's will state these pdl's are not based in the US.therefore suing is not possible.a waste of time.
