You haven't mentioned the state you live in. I'll suggest you to check your state laws in order to find whether or not payday loans are legal in your state. If they are legal in your state, then you can go for payday loan consolidation. You can contact your local debt relief companies and they will be able to assist you with payday loan consolidation.
However, if payday lending is illegal in your state or if the payday lender is not licensed to operate in your state, then you will be liable for paying the principal amount only. You won't be liable for paying off any other finance charges.

Worried: What State do you live and who are your payday lenders? First, I would go to your bank/credit union and immediately close your account so no one can deduct anymore money from it. The next step is to figure out whether or not the payday lender is licensed to do business in your State. If you list the payday lenders, someone on this forum can help you determine that. I started out with 8 payday lenders and 2 storefront lenders. I am now payday free! The advice and help on this forum is priceless.

Close your checking account so you won't be stressed by money disappearing from your account, then deal with the loans.
