I came into an emergency situation and needed cash asap. I was approved for 2 pdl. I originally applied through cashnetusa.com and couldnt do it bc they are not licensed in my state, RI. So they shared my info with other companies and I got a bunch of phone calls from different lenders. My big concern is that even though I said no to all but 2 of them, they still have all my info. Im afraid that since they have my acct # they can still process the loan or do ach debits.I work for a huge bank so I've seen this before. Or so customers claim that they are unauthorized.

My other concern now that Ive read this forum is that the loans I did accept are not through licensed companies.I am in the state of Rhode Island.

Loanshack.com $500+$75 fee
Kenwood Services LLC $250+75 fee

I had a loan with Kenwood and they are totally illegal. I live in Washington State and here if business is done with a state resident, online or otherwise, you must have a WA State Business Lic#. If you don't, then you are practicing illegally and according the Washington States Dept. of Financial Intitutions the law clearly states the debts are considered "uncollectable and unenforceable". They gal at WADOFI told me to consider myself free of those debts.... basically I don't have to pay them a cent. I however am thinking about at least giving them back the money they loan ..........but ONLY...ONLY if they give me a phyical address to send the payment to. If they don't, then they will NOT get money from me PERIOD!
