My Chapter 13 should pay out in June 2012. I am 6 months ahead on payments. My husband had an anureysm in Octoer 2010. My payments are 1520.00 per month. I am struggling to make ends meet now and my attorney says thst I cannot use the full 16 months that I have left. What is your opinion? My income is 2660.00 per month.
