Allied Cash Advance, Louisiana.

Associate says Allied will not offer extended payment plan. I'm not due until next week. I asked if they were still a member of the CFSA and reminded the associate that the CFSA requires it. She confirmed being a member, but said the CFSA may require it, but the company doesn't do it anymore.

Who do I call?

As tempted as I am to respond to that reply, I won't. :) I called the Allied corporate office. Each department I have tried to talk to says they're the wrong department. Basically, it's the run around. The loan is due tomorrow. I will just pay the rollover amount one more time if I have to, but I would like to contact someone, anyone about this. Should I call the CFSA? I don't think it will do much good to bring in the print out of the CFSA best practices as they knew exactly what I was talking about. They just said Allied doesn't do EPPs anymore. (Actually, they didn't know what an extended payment plan is. They knew what an "EPP" is, though. Idiots!)
