They are trying to claim I owe 336 now after the 180.00 I already paid in interest fees on a 200.00 loan they are citing that they are legal in Delaware but I don'tget it!

They always claim that they are legal in DE. So what? You live in NJ. This is the same reply they give to everyone. Just keep resending your letter. When they send you another one, tell them again you are only repaying what you borrowed.

I'm sorry to say this will go on for a couple months. I would just respond to their e-mails by pasting your original letter in the reply and send it on. Eventually they will either give up, or send it to a collection agency.

Hang in there.

Yea they tried the same response with me. I responded that the courts have already ruled that due to the use of third party venders, aka the payday loan search engines, and that their site is open to all citizens of the US they are soliciting business outside the state of Delaware and need to follow all state laws in which they have consumers no matter what is placed in the contract. I have not heard anything back from them since that email.
