I filed for chapter 7 back in 2004 and it was discharged in 2005. TU does not have my BK listed and still has the old debts that were included in the BK. this is really affecting my score. Upon contacting them, I was informed that it was up to the courts to report. courts laughed and said no it is not. so since it has been so long, should I just leave it alone or should I get the BK on there an HOW?

The debts included in BK can report for 7 years as long as they report included in BK with a zero balance. They should be aging off soon.
