Hi-
I know i have seen a sample DVL on here. I cant find it though. I wasnt to send it to NCA collection agency regarding, illegal, unlicensed payday lenders. I have found some online, but i thought i saw one of here that had wording for the loan being illegal as it is not licensed. Any suggestions?

If you're not sure whether or not the collection agency owes your debt account, you can send them a debt validation letter and ask them to validate the debt. If they are unable to validate the debt, then you're not liable to pay them. You can find a sample validation letter from the given page:
