what can they do to me?

I'm going to try and settle, but if not, if I get sued, what can they do to me?
Upside down in home
Most they can garnish is about $100/mo (10%) (15% is another garnishment)
Less than $500 in bank acct.
No other assets at all
Do CA normally check all that out to see if it's even feasible to sue?
What's the worse that can happen in my situation if they get a judgement?

Yes, the collection agencies usually check whether or not it is feasible to sue a consumer. If the collection agencies win a case and secure a judgment order from the court, then they can garnish your wages/bank accounts, etc. But since you are going to settle the debt, so there is less chance of being sued by the CA.
