Yes, they will continue to harass you until they get tired of getting nothing out of you. These people don't care about regulations/rules. They are illegal! When I defaulted on my loan to Eastside Lenders, they hounded me for about 3 months. Then they turned it over to a bottom-feeder collection agency (Smith, Haines, Watson) who proceeded to hound me for another 6 months. I had DV's them, sent them info on illegal payday loans, etc. to no avail. Finally, I just let their calls go to voice mail, never called them back, never answered their correspondence and they finally gave up.

Make sure if you are on any of the social networks that you don't list your phone number. I've read horrible stories where they are accessing facebook, etc. to glean information.
