I actually told him I did consult counsel that told me they were illegal and I had already paid the 180.00 they can accpet the 20.00 left and be done or leave me alone. I also told the man at Ameriloan I am willing to pay the principal since I didn't make any payments its still 200.00 but I am not giving up my debit card number and he threatened me saying there will be consequences so I filed a complain with the Internet Crime division, and the BBB again.

With Eastside I filed with the BBB and after I rejected the initial offer of me paying the principal only ( I paid that several times over)they finally came back and said for customer service purposes they would not pursue any further action. No refund but at least they are off my back.
As for Ameriloan they give a canned response via the BBB that the letter I sent is untrue and it from the internet blahblahbla. They keep calling and I don't answer the phone. The send me these last change emails and I send the same response over and over. I think if you talk to them they will keep calling. They are not leaving messages so i don't care.

Thank you Yes Eastside sent that bull to the BBB but I responded with them not being licensed like they said and them gettin gpaid 180.00 in fees already and also them having numerous court judgements against them for being illegal so lets see what they say. I filed a complaint with the internet crime division regarding Ameriloan and attached the email of them saying give them my debit card information
