Restrictive endorsements State & UCC code

My question is if anyone has the link for the State and UCC code so that I can make sure my state (PA) allows restrictive endorsements. And also, I tried to understand the example in one of the responses (I believe it was Nebraska) and as a laywoman, I have absolutely no idea where the state is or is not. Can someone just tell me if Pennsylvania allows it
