Help with a payday loan company

I have a payday loan with Cash Advance For You, I live in Indiana and on their website it states that they do not service customers in Indiana, but when I stated what their website says they told me that they services part of Indiana. Is there away I can check this out, I got a $500.00 loan from them and to date have paid them back $1080.

First i did send the that letter and i contacted the attorney ge

First i did send the that letter and i contacted the attorney general in Indiana and the BBB in kc I have no heard back yet from the attorney general and BBB is looking in to it. Second I can't close my account I bank with chase because they took out $170.00 and that over drew my account. I did ask the bank if I could dispute the withdrawal and was told they can not dispute payday loans.

You need to file a complaint with the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions in addition to the complaints you have already filed.
