I recently received a phone call from a law firm representing a PDL (internet) company....I believe it was Cash Net USA. The loan was taken out back in 2007. They requested a massive amount of money, but I told them I was unable to pay them due to the fact that I'm the only one employed in our household. I told them (without an attitude) to basically do what they had to do...because there is nothing I can do at this time unfortunately. In the state of Texas, can you be summoned at work for a PDL. I do remember the gentleman telling me that an officer will summon me at home (he was talking so fast), but can you summon you at work? I'm really concerned.....it's not that I don't want to pay it, I just can't. My husband has been unemployed since 2007(he is in school). Please advise!!!! I'm in need of help!! Thanks in advance!

Cash Net USA is an accredited business with the Better Business Beau and has an A+ rating. There address is listed as the following: CashNetUSA
1600 W 7St
Fort Worth, Texas 76102-2504
Phone (888) 801-9078
Fax (888) 801-9075

Ask CashNetUSA for a letter in writing with a breakdown of all monies owed to be sent to your address on their letterhead to dispute any inaccuracies.Make sure the loan issued to you meets your state payday loan laws. But not doing anything will only make it worse and put you further into debt. Try mediating with them to at least stop the finance and interest fees or try consolidating. First check with these offices to see if this company is licensed, bonded or registered to do business in your state. Good Luck.
