Balance charged to NEW YORK & COMPANY

This charge was done by IDENTITY PROTECTOR IVR FOR $14.99. THE PROBLEM IS THAT I cancelled this back in December 2010 before the cut off statement date and never got the credit until 03/06/2011. I am requesting a credit for ALL THE INTERSET & LATE CHARGES TO BE REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES, was told that I need to write you about the credit. Please bring my account to ZERO and never let third party solicitors have access to my account.

You need to turn your credit card over and call the phone number on the back of it!!!! You have posted to a public message forum for people getting out of debt....we are not New York and CO.
