I am negotiating a year old credit card charged off they will agree to "charge off settle for less than full balance"if i pay them 94.00 , mind you this is first premier bank who i believe misrepresented this card. i charged 50.00 but 250.00 worth of acceptance and montly fees. I turned them in to attorney generals office, however, they sent them a letter and this is the best they will do for me, i dont want them to sell to junk buyer later on for balance, could you please help me with letter and they absolutely wont do pay for delete with cra. i just want rid of these scam artists.

DId you read your cardholder agreement? A lot of those subprime
DId you read your cardholder agreement? A lot of those subprime credit cards have huge fees.
If you can get this agreement in writing, take it. If not, tell em to bug off.
