i just got served by midland funding 2 weeks ago! I'm being sued for 10,000 dollar credit card debt, what can i do about it, please advised!!!

Was it an actual court summons with a case number, etc. or a not

Was it an actual court summons with a case number, etc. or a notification that they were going to sue? There's a difference.
