This company keeps calling my fiance on his cell phone asking for someone he does not know. He has told them many times they have the wrong number & asked them to remove his number from their system. They just keep calling. He is sick of getting these calls when they are not even for him. Frustrating since he has a pay as you go phone & the calls sometimes eat up his minutes because these arrogant jerks keep calling. Is there a proper complaint that can be files for a wrongful account of phone harassment? He is also on the do not call list.

He needs to get their mailing address and send them a cease and desist in writing via certified mail, return receipt requested.
