If you want to pay these off over a 36 month period, you need to enroll in a debt management plan. I would contact a non-profit agency. Settlements need to be paid right away, they aren't paid over time. With $110K in credit card debt, have you considered bankruptcy? That may be a better option for you if you've had a substantial loss of income.

No creditor is going to allow you to pay 30% over 36 months. You might get 30% as a one time settlement but no one is going to give you those terms.

I would highly suggest talking to a bankruptcy attorney.

The debt amount is quite huge. I doubt whether the creditors will agree to reduce the debt amount by 30%. But you can get help from a debt settlement company regarding this issue. Another thing, creditors normally don't agree to negotiate a settlement unless you are around 2-3 months delinquent on your debts.

You can think about enrolling into a debt consolidation program. This may help you repay your debts comfortably.
