my Wife is filing bankruptcy we don't have joint debt,we recently married i am still in green card holder.when i go for citizen bankruptcy how will affect me? file bankruptcy that they can then turn to me and collect or garnish my wages, bankruptcy will affect my credit?

As you don't have joint debts and as you're not filing joint bankruptcy with your wife, her bankruptcy filing won't affect your credit in any way. If you don't have any joint debts with her, then her creditors won't be able to come after you or garnish your wages in order to recover her debts.
