I am trying a debt settlement with Citi Cards for $30,000. Any body has debt settlement experience with citi Cards?. Please let me know how aggressive is Citi Cards with debt settlements.

I am on a debt management plan with them, 1.9% interest with a 5-year payback. My sister did a settlement with them, said it was the hardest creditor to deal with, and they only ever went down to 70%. For me, it wasn't worth the the negative credit record for only a 30% reduction so I went the management plan way.

Not easy.

No, I dont have any experience with citi card. But i can tell you these people are not easy at all. They go to any extent to get your debt settled.
