I sent 8 emails revoking ACHs from my checking account which I closed over a week ago. Pay day has come and gone and I have heard nothing from any of them. No replies to my emails and no calls because their debits didn't go through. Surely, I'm not lucky enough for them to have paid attention? Should I be holding my breath waiting for them to contact me or do you think they really will go away?

I filed a complaint with the FTC last night on Ace Cash Services. They wan $640 for a $400 loan from last year. Actually, they told me they were cutting me a deal since it was really over $2500 that they had calculated I owed them. I called them back to inform them that I filed the complaint. They refuse to send anything in the mail naturally and I have not received an email from the either. No more word from them today and usually they have called by now. Probably wishful thinking that they are gone. If they contact me again I will file with the NC AG.

The Indian people are the worst, they call and they keep calling. They stole my identity and it has caused nothing but problems. I so regret ever getting involved in the PDL loan mess. I've been PDL clean since mid part of last year. They will send you emails and they will call, just ignore them. As long as you've paid the principle back in full to each of them, you'll be fine. These people are low life creeps, so just ignore them!

I have received an e-mail from Lakota Cash that had a new contra

I have received an e-mail from Lakota Cash that had a new contract in it! what the heck! Following that e-mail I received another e-mail telling me that my remaining balance is $90 and they would like for me to call and discuss how I will resolve the issue. I sent an e-mail back stating I actually only owe them $80, but will pay $90 to be done with it. I told them I would send them 3 equal payments of $30 over the next 3 pay periods. Once they receive the final payment I expect a letter stating the account is paid in full. Once this is over I'm done with the PDL cycle forever!
