owe ZIP19 $1385.77 on 04/15/11

I am caught up in the payday loan cycle. I borrowed $1,155.00 from ZIP19 last week and have a payment coming due on 04/15/11 of $1,385.77. I am scared of what will happen if I don't make this payment on 04/15/11. I want to close my account at Bank of America tomorrow.
Reading this forum it seems that ZIP19 cannot legally issues payday loans in my state. Also, the maximum interest rate in Maryland is 33% APR. I have paid them $4,795.22 in interest payments so far. Are they obligated to refund the interest I have paid them?
I live in the state of Maryland. Since June 15, 2010 I have borrowed $25,155.00 from ZIP19 and paid back $28,853.22 over the same period. (I payoff and reloan every two weeks).
Any feedback about what ZIP19 will do when I fax the letter to them that I found on your website?

They'll argue with you but, they'll give in eventually. File you

And yes, subtract the current loan from all the previous overpayments and then ask them for a refund of the over $3000 you've overpaid.
OMG and yes they will! These illegal lenders make me laugh with
