I contacted the investigator for my claim against Eastside Lenders first she tells me they do have a license to make small loans but aren't payday loans and small loans two different things? Then I sent her a copy of NJ laws and she said when did yoou come down here to do the loan I told her it was done over the internet I sent her the bogus letter eastside sent dealing with their state laws and them saying I didn't get charged fees which is bull I sent her the emails and the correspondance of them saying the fees are. I am becoming frustrated with this eastside process what can I do?

You live in NJ but filed a claim in DE? You should have filed a claim with your state's AG. If they are based in DE they should be following DE laws. If they make loans to residents of NJ they also have to file the laws of NJ.

Yes installment loans and payday loans are two different types of loans.

It can be frustrating but you need to know who to deal with. What are you trying to accomplish by contacting DE?
