If your payday lenders are store front lenders and you want to block them from debiting your account, you need to give them a dated written notice stating they no longer have your permission to debit your account, but, you also need to take a copy of that notice to your bank.

How do I go about doing that? And how do I explain the situation to my bank? Do I tell them that these people are fraudulent and they are milking my account? Will this keep me from having to pay the overdraft fees? of my 12 loans, CheckIntoCash and Think Cash are the only two legitimate ones I think? Please help I'm confused and not sure what to do?
