I did lock the thread. It is early in the am and not having had enough coffee, I did my best to clean it up and highlight important notes. If you see what look like random numbers, delete them. Feel free to make moderator notes. When I was collecting I had a copy of this at my desk...my feeling is this is important tool and people should be reading it.
