When you are in collections, you are NOT the customer so dont expect customer service. The customer is the client or creditor who hired the CA. It is there job to call you on their schedule, not yours. Each client has a requirement as to how many dials and how many contacts with the debtor the CA must have. If you dont want the calls, send them a cease and desist in writing....however this could end up with you being sued.

I am sorry but I still don't think I have to be belittled because there is no jobs. I have applied for 100's of jobs and have gotten no response. I don't think that a creditor needs to treat a person that way.

the BBB is a joke. i wouldnt even report my local dry cleaners to the BBB. reporting a collection agency to the BBB will accomplish absolutely nothing. Police reports, Attorney Gen reports - those are what work, but only when warranted. the BBB has no authority to do ANYTHING. plus, they are a "for profit" business, so that tells you a lot right there.
