I cleaned up my credit from indenity theft. Now I have to have my 2 dozen cards reinstated which will result in inquiries. In the past you could only have 3 inquiries every 3 months. I was told the credit act of 2009, will not punish me if all are done in 30 days?

Have you talked to someone regarding this already? I'm wondering why they'd need to do a fresh inquiry. I guess that have your information in their existing records and they just have to go through that.
